To transfer videos, connect the Sony MHS-TS22 to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The device should appear as a removable drive. Open it and navigate to the DCIM folder to copy the video files to your computer.
Ensure the device is charged by connecting it to a power source using the USB cable. If it still doesn't turn on, try resetting the device by pressing the reset button with a pointed object.
To extend battery life, lower the screen brightness, disable Wi-Fi when not in use, and ensure the device firmware is up to date. Avoid extreme temperatures when using or storing the device.
