Use a blower to remove dust and debris. For stubborn particles, use a sensor cleaning swab and sensor cleaning solution designed for full-frame sensors. Make sure the camera is turned off during cleaning.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable wireless functions when not in use, and turn off the camera when not shooting. Consider using airplane mode and setting the auto power-off function to a shorter duration.
First, ensure the battery is charged and inserted correctly. If it still doesn't turn on, try replacing the battery. If the problem persists, check the battery compartment for any obstructions and ensure the battery door is closing properly.
Download the latest firmware from Sony's official website. Connect the camera to your computer using a USB cable, then run the firmware update utility and follow the on-screen instructions. Ensure the battery is fully charged before starting.
Use a high-speed SD card with a minimum class rating of U3 or V30 to ensure smooth 4K recording. Cards with higher capacities (64GB or more) are recommended for extended shooting sessions.
Ensure that your camera's firmware is up to date and set the autofocus mode to Continuous AF (AF-C) for moving subjects. Utilize the Real-time Eye AF for portraits and ensure sufficient lighting for optimal performance.
Increase the ISO sensitivity, open the aperture to the widest setting, and slow down the shutter speed. Consider using a tripod to stabilize the camera and prevent blur. Use noise reduction features in post-processing if necessary.
Install the Imaging Edge Mobile app on your smartphone. On the camera, enable the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi functions and pair the devices through the app by following the on-screen instructions.
Ensure all covers and ports are securely closed. Consider using a rain cover or protective housing. Regularly clean the camera body and lens to prevent dust accumulation and moisture damage.
