To ignite the Realflame CT0011LP-GLS, ensure the gas supply is connected and turned on. Press and turn the control knob counterclockwise to the "Ignite" position while pressing the igniter button until the flame appears.

It is recommended to clean the burner and the components at least once a month or more frequently if you use the unit regularly.
The Realflame CT0011LP-GLS is designed for use with liquid propane (LP) gas. Ensure you use the appropriate tank and regulator as specified in the manual.
Turn off the gas supply and disconnect the propane tank. Clean the unit thoroughly and cover it to protect from dust and moisture. Store it in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Inspect the igniter regularly for any signs of wear or damage. Clean it using a soft brush to remove debris, ensuring it remains free of obstructions for reliable operation.
Low flame height may be due to a partially blocked burner. Clean the burner ports and check for any obstructions in the gas line or regulator.
The Realflame CT0011LP-GLS is not designed for conversion to natural gas. Use only the specified fuel type to ensure safe operation.
Immediately turn off the gas supply and extinguish any open flames. Ventilate the area and check for leaks using a soap solution. If the smell persists, contact a professional technician.
Adjust the control knob gradually to reach the desired flame height. Ensure the flame is steady and blue for efficient heating.
