To start the Practixx PX-RRM-600WI lawn mower, ensure that the fuel tank is filled and the oil level is adequate. Then, press the primer bulb 3-5 times, set the throttle to the 'Start' position, and pull the starter rope.
If the lawn mower doesn't start, check the fuel level and ensure the fuel is fresh. Inspect the spark plug for wear or carbon buildup and clean or replace it if necessary. Make sure the air filter is clean and the carburetor is not clogged.
It is recommended to change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, and then every 25 hours of operation or at least once per mowing season.
Use unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Avoid using gasoline with more than 10% ethanol content.
To clean the air filter, remove the cover, take out the filter, and gently tap it to remove dust and debris. If it's very dirty, wash it with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and let it dry completely before reinstalling.
First, disconnect the spark plug wire for safety. Then, remove the blade and secure it in a vice. Use a file or a grinder to sharpen the cutting edge, maintaining the original angle. Balance the blade before reinstalling it.
To prevent clogging, mow when the grass is dry and regularly clean the underside of the mower deck. Avoid cutting more than one-third of the grass height at a time.
Before winter storage, drain the fuel tank and carburetor, change the oil, clean the mower thoroughly, sharpen the blades, and store it in a dry place. Also, remove the battery if applicable.
To adjust the cutting height, use the height adjustment lever located on each wheel. Set the levers to the desired position, ensuring all wheels are adjusted equally for an even cut.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced blade, loose hardware, or debris caught in the mower. Check the blade for damage or imbalance, tighten any loose bolts, and clear any debris.
