The battery charger is designed for charging the battery pack for the Panasonic computer series. To recharge a battery pack, you will need the AC adaptor and AC cord included with the computer.

Before using the battery charger, read this Operating Instructions and the relevant portions of the computers Operating Instructions and Reference Manual carefully.

Vorsichtsmanahmen Laden des Akkupacks Der Ladevorgang beginnt automatisch, wenn Sie das Akkupack einsetzen.

Betriebsanzeige Grn: Eingeschaltet Leuchtet nicht: Ausgeschaltet Die Ladezeit und die Akku-Statusanzeigelampe sind dieselben wie beim Laden des Akkupacks im Notebook (wenn es ausge- schaltet ist). Beachten Sie bitte das Reference Manual. Das Akkupack oder die Akku-Statusanzeige erwrmt sich geringfgig beim normalen Betrieb. Dies ist jedoch kein Anzei- chen einer Funktionsstrung.

Charging begins automatically after connecting the battery pack. Power indicator Green: Power on Not lit: Power off The charging time and the battery indicator operation are the same as when the battery pack is charged by the computer (when the power is OFF). Refer to the Reference Manual. The battery pack or battery charger will become somewhat warm during normal use. This is not a malfunction.

Do not touch the battery charger connectors as it can damage or transfer dust to the connectors and cause malfunction.

Using an AC adaptor other than the one supplied (supplied with the unit or one sold separately as an accessory) may re- sult in a re. Using this product continuously in a hot environment will shorten the product life. Avoid use in these types of environments.

VORSICHT Beim Einsetzen und Entfernen des Akkupacks muss das Akkuladegert auf einer ebenen, stabilen Unterlage aufgestellt sein. Entfernen Sie vor einem Transport des Akkuladegertes das Akkupack. Anderenfalls kann das Akkupack beim Tragen aus dem Akkuladegert herausfallen. Fassen Sie die Klemmen des Batterieladegerts nicht an, das sie anderenfalls beschdigt werden knnen bzw. sich Staub darauf absetzen und zu einer Funktionsstrung fhren kann.

Verwenden Sie das Ladegert ausschlielich zum Laden des angegebenen Akkupacks (das in der untenstehenden Tabelle aufgelistet ist)

Es kann zum Austreten der Elektrolyt ssigkeit, zu Erwrmung oder Platzen kommen. Verwenden Sie nur das angegebene Netzteil fr dieses Produkt

Die Verwendung eines anderen Netzteils als des mitgeliefer- ten (mit dem Gert mitgeliefert oder separat als Zusatzteil ver- kauft) kann zu einem Brand fhren. Wenn Sie das Produkt kontinuierlich in Umgebungen mit hohen Temperaturen verwenden, kann sich die Lebensdauer des Produkts vermindern. Vermeiden Sie den Gebrauch in solchen Umgebungen.
