Secret galaxies are unlocked by collecting special Power Stars and completing specific tasks in the game. Explore thoroughly and complete all objectives to discover them.
Star Bits are used to feed Hungry Lumas, which unlock new galaxies and levels. You can collect them by pointing the Wii Remote at the screen and pressing the B button.
