To power on the Nintendo New 2DS XL, press and hold the POWER button located on the lower right side of the device until the screen turns on.
If the touch screen is not responding, try calibrating it by going to System Settings > Other Settings > Touch Screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration.
To connect to Wi-Fi, go to System Settings > Internet Settings > Connection Settings. Select New Connection, then follow the prompts to search for and connect to a wireless network.
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screens. Avoid using any cleaning agents or excess moisture to prevent damage.

If your game card is not recognized, remove it and ensure it is clean and free from damage. Reinsert it firmly and check if the problem is resolved. If not, try another game card to determine if the issue is with the console or the card.
To back up saved data, use a microSD card to transfer data. Go to System Settings > Data Management > Save-Data Backup and follow the prompts to back up your data to the microSD card.
Battery drain can be caused by high screen brightness, wireless connections, and intensive applications. Adjust these settings in System Settings, and ensure the console is updated for potential battery optimizations.
To reset to factory settings, go to System Settings > Other Settings > Format System Memory. Confirm and follow the instructions to complete the process, but be aware that this will erase all data.
If your console won't charge, ensure the charger is properly connected to both the console and the power outlet. Try using a different outlet or charger if available. Inspect the charging port and charger for any visible damage.
