To descale your machine, fill the water tank with a descaling solution and water mixture. Press and hold the Milk and Espresso buttons until the descaling light starts flashing. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the descaling process.
Ensure the water tank is filled and properly inserted. Check that the capsule is correctly placed and not damaged. If the problem persists, perform a cleaning cycle or contact customer support.
Disassemble the milk frother and rinse all parts under warm water. Use a mild detergent if necessary. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
