To perform a system reset, press and hold the reset button located on the side panel for 10 seconds until the unit powers off and back on.

It is recommended to clean the air filters every two weeks during periods of heavy use to maintain optimal performance.

Check the power supply and ensure the unit is properly plugged in. Verify that the circuit breaker is not tripped and the remote control has fresh batteries.

Use the remote control to access the fan settings. Press the "Fan" button to cycle through available speeds: low, medium, high, or auto.

Press the "Timer" button on the remote control and adjust the start and stop times using the arrow keys. Confirm the settings by pressing the "Set" button.
The unit will automatically initiate a defrost cycle when necessary. During this time, the heating function may pause, which is normal. Monitor the unit, and if defrosting issues persist, consult the manual or contact support.
