To properly load clothes, evenly distribute them around the impeller. Avoid overloading to ensure efficient washing and avoid unbalanced loads. Place larger items first and add smaller items around them.
Check if the machine is properly plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure that the lid is closed securely. Verify the water supply is turned on and sufficient.
Use the Tub Clean cycle with a washing machine cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and baking soda. Run the cycle with an empty drum to remove residue and odors.
A 'UE' error indicates an unbalanced load. Pause the cycle, redistribute the clothes evenly, and resume the cycle. Avoid washing single heavy items alone.
Clean the inlet filters every six months or if you notice reduced water flow. Disconnect the hoses, remove the filters, and rinse them under running water.
Loud noises during the spin cycle may be due to an unbalanced load or foreign objects in the drum. Ensure clothes are evenly distributed and check for any items that may be causing noise.
To perform a factory reset, unplug the machine for about 10 minutes and then plug it back in. This will reset the control board.
Regularly clean the drum, detergent dispenser, and inlet filters. Check hoses for leaks or cracks and ensure the machine is level to prevent excessive vibration.
Ensure the washing machine is on a level surface. Adjust the leveling feet if necessary. Use anti-vibration pads and avoid overloading the machine.
Check the drain hose for clogs or kinks. Make sure the drain pump filter is clean. Ensure that the drain hose is not inserted too far into the standpipe.
