To properly load clothes, distribute them evenly around the washplate, ensuring not to overload. Avoid wrapping clothes around the washplate, and mix large and small items for optimal washing.
Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Ensure the height of the drain hose is within the recommended range. Clean the pump filter and check for any obstruction in the drain pump.
Ensure that the washer is level by adjusting the leveling feet. Check for any loose items in the drum, and inspect the suspension rods and bearings for wear or damage.
Remove the dispenser drawer by pulling it out until it stops, then press the release lever to completely remove it. Wash the drawer and compartments with warm water and a brush, then reinsert it into the machine.
Regularly clean the detergent dispenser, check and clean the pump filter, inspect hoses for wear, and run a tub clean cycle once a month to prevent mold and mildew.
To perform a tub clean cycle, add a washing machine cleaner tablet to the drum, close the door, and select the Tub Clean cycle from the control panel. Start the cycle and let it complete.
Refer to the user manual to identify the error code. Follow the troubleshooting steps provided for that specific code, which may include checking connections, running diagnostics, or contacting customer support.
Use the Wrinkle Care option if available, remove clothes promptly after the cycle ends, and consider using a lower spin speed setting to prevent excessive wrinkling.
Use the Delicate or Hand Wash cycle for fragile fabrics. These cycles use lower agitation and spin speeds to prevent damage to the clothes.
Pause the wash cycle and redistribute the clothes evenly in the drum. Balance heavy and light items to prevent the washer from becoming unbalanced during the spin cycle.
