To perform a tub clean cycle, add a washing machine cleaner to the detergent dispenser, select the Tub Clean option on the control panel, and press Start. This will help remove detergent buildup and odors.
Check the drain hose for any kinks or blockages. Ensure it's not inserted too far into the drain pipe. Also, clean the drain pump filter located at the bottom of the machine.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting its feet. Avoid overloading the machine, and distribute clothes evenly in the drum.
Regularly clean the detergent dispenser, run a tub clean cycle monthly, check and clean the inlet filters, and inspect hoses for leaks or wear.
Ensure the door is fully closed, check if the Child Lock function is activated, and verify that the Start/Pause button was pressed after selecting a cycle.
Remove the dispenser from the washing machine, rinse it under warm water, and use a soft brush to remove any detergent residue. Reinstall after cleaning.
Odors can result from detergent residue. Run a Tub Clean cycle with a cleaner or white vinegar. Leave the door open after use to allow the drum to dry.
Check for clogged inlet filters, ensure water supply valves are fully open, and inspect hoses for kinking.
The LE error code indicates a motor problem, often caused by overloading. Reduce the load size, unplug the machine for 30 minutes, then restart.
To disable the Child Lock, press and hold the Child Lock button for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
