To clean the drum, run the Tub Clean cycle using a washing machine cleaner. Make sure the drum is empty and follow the cleaner manufacturer's instructions for best results.
Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages and ensure it is installed at the correct height. Also, inspect and clean the drain pump filter located at the bottom front of the machine.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting the leveling feet. Distribute the laundry evenly in the drum to prevent imbalances and avoid overloading the machine.
The LG WM3080CW has a capacity of 4.5 cubic feet, allowing you to wash large loads efficiently.
Ensure the power cord is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Also, check if the door is closed properly and the Start/Pause button has been pressed.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, door seal, and drain pump filter. Run the Tub Clean cycle monthly and check hoses for any signs of wear or leaks.
To use the steam function, select a cycle that includes steam options such as Allergiene or Steam Fresh. Follow the on-screen instructions for setting up the steam features.
The IE error code indicates a water inlet issue. Check the water supply lines to ensure they are not kinked and that the water valves are fully open. Clean the inlet filters if they are clogged.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow moisture to escape. Regularly clean the door seal and run the Tub Clean cycle with bleach or a washer cleaner to kill mold spores.
Ensure you are using the correct amount and type of detergent. Check the water temperature settings and choose an appropriate wash cycle for the fabric type and soil level.
