Unusual noises can be due to the refrigerator not being level. Check the leveling legs and adjust them if necessary. Also, ensure there are no items vibrating against the back or sides.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every 6-12 months to ensure optimal performance. Use a vacuum or a brush to remove dust and debris.
Check if the ice maker is turned on and the water supply line is connected. If these are fine, try resetting the ice maker by unplugging the refrigerator for a few minutes and plugging it back in.
Locate the water filter compartment inside the refrigerator, twist the old filter counterclockwise to remove it, and install the new filter by twisting it clockwise until it locks in place.
Check for obstructions in the door gasket and ensure it is clean. Adjust the leveling of the refrigerator and make sure the shelves and drawers are properly aligned.
Frost build-up can occur if the freezer door is not sealing properly. Check the door gasket for any damage or dirt. Also, ensure the freezer is not overfilled and that vents are not blocked.
Unplug the refrigerator, remove the light cover by pressing the release tabs, and replace the bulb with a new one of the same wattage. Reattach the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
Store raw meat on the bottom shelf to prevent contamination, use the crisper drawers for fruits and vegetables, and do not overcrowd shelves to allow for proper air circulation.
To perform a factory reset, unplug the refrigerator for about 5 minutes and then plug it back in. This will reset the control panel settings to default.
