To reset the water filter indicator, press and hold the "Filter" button for 3 seconds. The indicator light should turn off, indicating that the reset is complete.
Ensure that the temperature settings are correct, the vents inside the refrigerator are not blocked, and the door seals are clean and airtight. Also, check if the condenser coils are clean and free of dust.
Locate the water filter at the top left corner inside the refrigerator. Turn the filter counterclockwise to remove it. Insert the new filter and turn it clockwise until it is secure. Run water through the dispenser for 2-3 minutes to clear any air and impurities.
Frost buildup can be caused by a faulty door seal, frequent door opening, or setting the freezer temperature too low. Check the door seal for leaks and avoid leaving the freezer door open for extended periods.
Check if the water supply line is securely connected and not damaged. Inspect the water filter to ensure it is installed correctly and not clogged. Replace the filter if necessary.
Unplug the refrigerator, locate the condenser coils at the back or bottom of the appliance, and use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to gently remove dust and debris. Clean the coils every 6 months for optimal performance.
Press the "Refrigerator" or "Freezer" button on the control panel to adjust the desired temperature. Once the desired setting is displayed, release the button to set the temperature.
Ensure the ice maker is turned on and the water supply is connected. Check for any ice blockages in the ice maker and clear them. Verify that the freezer temperature is set appropriately.
To manually defrost, remove all items from the freezer and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open to allow the ice to melt naturally. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior before plugging it back in.
Regularly clean the interior and exterior surfaces, replace the water filter as recommended, clean the condenser coils every 6 months, and check the door seals for any signs of wear or damage.
