To perform a self-clean cycle, remove all racks and accessories from the oven. Close the oven door completely. Turn the oven mode knob to ‘Self Clean’ and select the desired cleaning time. Press 'Start' to begin the cycle.
First, ensure the range is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Check if the oven controls are set correctly. If the problem persists, it may require service from a technician.
Press 'Settings' until ‘Oven Calibration’ appears on the display. Use the '+/-' keys to adjust the temperature. Press 'Start' to save the setting.
If you smell gas, check that all burners are turned off. If the smell persists, do not use electrical switches and ventilate the area. Contact your gas supplier immediately.
Remove the burner grates and caps. Wash them with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive scrubber. Dry thoroughly before reassembling.
Use flat-bottomed pots and pans that are similar in size to the burners. Avoid using warped or uneven cookware to ensure even heating.
Ensure the oven racks are positioned correctly and that the oven is preheated before baking. Check that the oven door seals completely. For consistent results, consider rotating your pans halfway through the baking cycle.
Turn off the power to the range. Remove the oven racks. Locate the light bulb cover, unscrew it, and replace the bulb with a new one of the same type. Reattach the cover.
Check if the range is properly plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. If the control panel lock feature is enabled, disable it by pressing and holding the 'Lock' button for 3 seconds.
Ensure the oven door seal is intact and clean. Avoid blocking the vent openings and use the convection feature for more even heat distribution if available.
