To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > General > Reset to Initial Settings. Confirm your choice, and the TV will restart with original settings.
Press the Settings button on your remote, navigate to Network > Wi-Fi Connection, select your network, and enter the password.
Go to Settings > General > About This TV > Check for Updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
Check the power cable connection and ensure the outlet is working. Try using the power button on the TV itself. If the issue persists, unplug the TV for 60 seconds and plug it back in.
Adjust the picture settings by navigating to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode Settings. You can choose a preset mode or manually adjust brightness, contrast, and color settings.
Ensure that the volume is not muted and is turned up. Check audio output settings in Settings > Sound > Sound Out. If using external speakers, ensure they are properly connected.
Use HDMI, USB, or AV inputs located on the back or side of the TV. Once connected, select the appropriate input source using the Input button on your remote.
If your TV remote has a microphone button, press it to activate voice control. Ensure the TV is connected to the internet for full functionality.
Go to Settings > Safety > TV Program Locks. Set a password and configure the restrictions you want to apply.
Navigate to Settings > Picture > Aspect Ratio. Choose the aspect ratio that best fits your content and screen preference.
