To reset the ice maker, locate the reset button on the ice maker module. Press and hold the button for about 3-5 seconds until you hear a beep or the ice maker begins to cycle.
First, check if the refrigerator is properly plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the temperature settings are correct, and clean the condenser coils if necessary. If the issue persists, contact LG customer service.
To change the water filter, locate it inside the refrigerator, turn the old filter counterclockwise to remove it, and insert the new filter by turning it clockwise until it locks in place. Run water through the dispenser for a few minutes to clear air from the system.
Check if the refrigerator is level and ensure it is not touching any walls or cabinets. Inspect the condenser fan and evaporator fan for obstructions or damage. If the noise continues, contact a technician.
Use the control panel to adjust the temperature settings. Press the 'Refrigerator' or 'Freezer' button to cycle through the available temperature settings until the desired temperature is selected.
Unplug the refrigerator and remove all food items. Use a solution of mild detergent and warm water to wipe down the interior surfaces. Rinse with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly before plugging the refrigerator back in.
The LG LSC27937SB is a frost-free model, so it does not require manual defrosting. The automatic defrost system will manage frost build-up.
Check if the water supply valve is fully open and ensure there are no kinks in the water line. Replace the water filter if it is clogged. If further issues persist, inspect the water inlet valve.
Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the refrigerator and avoid placing it near heat sources. Keep the condenser coils clean and ensure the door seals are tight and free of debris.
Check the water supply lines and connections for leaks. Inspect the drain pan for cracks or overflow. Ensure the refrigerator is level and the doors are closing properly. If the problem continues, consider seeking professional assistance.
