To change the water filter, locate it inside the refrigerator compartment. Turn the old filter counterclockwise to remove it. Insert the new filter and turn it clockwise until it locks in place. Run water through the dispenser for a few minutes to clear any air and impurities.
Check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the temperature settings are correct. Clean the condenser coils, and check for obstructions in the vents. If the problem persists, contact customer service for further assistance.
The refrigerator is equipped with an automatic defrost feature. However, if manual defrosting is needed, unplug the refrigerator, remove all food items, and leave the doors open until the ice melts. Dry the interior with a towel before plugging it back in.
Remove all food and shelves. Use a mixture of warm water and mild detergent to wipe down the interior surfaces. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Locate the ice maker's reset button, usually found on the side or bottom of the ice maker unit. Press and hold the button for a few seconds until you hear a chime. Release the button and wait for the ice maker to reset.
Check if the refrigerator is level and stable. Ensure that there are no loose items inside that could be vibrating. The noise could also be from the compressor or fans. If the noise persists, contact technical support for diagnosis.
Open the refrigerator door and locate the temperature control panel. Use the buttons to adjust the temperature settings for both the refrigerator and freezer compartments. Allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize after making changes.
Ensure the water supply line is connected and turned on. Check if the water filter is clogged or needs replacement. Inspect the dispenser for any blockages. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact support.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every six months. Use a vacuum or a brush to remove dust and debris from the coils to ensure efficient operation.
Store raw meat on the bottom shelf to prevent drips. Use the crisper drawers for fruits and vegetables, and keep dairy products on the upper shelves. Ensure air circulation by not overcrowding shelves.
