First, unplug the refrigerator. Locate the condenser coils either behind the unit or underneath it. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust and debris from the coils. Replug the refrigerator once cleaning is complete.
Water pooling can be due to a blocked defrost drain. To fix it, clear the drain hole located in the back of the refrigerator compartment using a pipe cleaner or a similar tool. Regularly checking and cleaning this area can prevent future issues.
To adjust the shelves, lift the front of the shelf and tilt it up to remove it from the tracks. Reposition the shelf at the desired height and slide it back into place, ensuring it is level and securely seated.
Ensure the ice maker is turned on and the water supply line is connected and not kinked. Check the ice maker's bin to see if it's full. If the problem persists, try resetting the ice maker by turning it off for a few minutes and then back on.
Unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light bulb cover inside the refrigerator compartment. Remove the cover and unscrew the old bulb. Replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage. Reattach the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
Ensure the refrigerator is placed away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the doors closed as much as possible. Regularly clean the condenser coils and ensure the door seals are intact. Set the temperature to the recommended settings for optimal efficiency.
