To change the water filter, open the left refrigerator door, remove the top shelf, and turn the filter counterclockwise to remove it. Insert the new filter and turn it clockwise until it locks in place.
Ensure the refrigerator is plugged in and the temperature settings are correct. Check that the vents are not blocked by food items. If the problem persists, clean the condenser coils and check the door seals for any gaps.
To reset the ice maker, locate the on/off switch on the ice maker unit. Turn the switch to the off position, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This should reset the ice maker.
Remove all food items and shelves. Use a solution of warm water and mild detergent to wipe down the interior surfaces. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly before replacing the shelves and food.
Keep food covered and clean spills immediately. Use baking soda or activated charcoal to absorb odors. Regularly check for and discard expired or spoiled food.
Unusual noises could be due to the refrigerator not being level, items inside vibrating, or the compressor or fan operating. Ensure the refrigerator is level and check for loose items. If noises persist, contact a technician.
Locate the control panel inside the refrigerator. Press the 'Refrigerator' button to adjust the fridge temperature and the 'Freezer' button to adjust the freezer temperature. Allow 24 hours for the settings to stabilize.
Check if the water supply line is connected and the water valve is open. Ensure the water filter is correctly installed. If the problem persists, inspect for any kinks in the water line or contact customer support.
Press the 'Energy Saver' button on the control panel to activate or deactivate the energy-saving mode. This feature helps reduce power consumption by adjusting the compressor's operation.
Regularly clean the condenser coils, check and replace the water filter, inspect door seals for wear, and defrost the freezer if necessary. Keeping the refrigerator clean and free of obstructions ensures optimal performance.
