Unplug the refrigerator and locate the condenser coils either at the back or underneath the unit. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust and debris. Clean the coils every 6 months for optimal performance.

Press and hold the 'Wi-Fi' button on the control panel until the Wi-Fi icon starts blinking. Then, use the LG SmartThinQ app on your smartphone to connect the refrigerator to your home network.
Ensure the ice maker is turned on and the water supply line is connected and not kinked. Check if the ice bin is full, which may pause ice production. If the issue continues, reset the ice maker by turning it off, waiting 5 minutes, and turning it back on.
To change the temperature settings, press the 'Refrigerator' or 'Freezer' button on the control panel until the desired temperature is displayed.
Store raw meats on the lower shelves to prevent cross-contamination. Use the crisper drawers for fruits and vegetables. Keep frequently used items at the front and ensure air vents inside the refrigerator are not blocked.
It is recommended to replace the air filter approximately every 6 months to maintain optimal air quality inside the refrigerator.
Check that the freezer door is sealing properly and not left open frequently. Ensure that the gaskets are clean and not damaged. If the problem persists, consider adjusting the temperature settings and ensuring proper ventilation.
