Check that the refrigerator is plugged in and the temperature settings are correct. Ensure that the vents inside the fridge are not blocked. Clean the condenser coils and check the door seals for any gaps or damage. If the issue persists, contact LG customer support.
Locate the ice maker switch or button, usually found on the ice maker itself or in the control panel. Turn off the ice maker, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on. Press the test button if available to initiate a reset cycle.
Water pooling can be caused by a blocked defrost drain. Clear any debris or ice in the drain hole. Check for a clogged or frozen drain tube and clean it if necessary. Ensure the refrigerator is level to allow proper drainage.
Use the control panel on the front of the refrigerator to adjust the temperature. Press the "Refrigerator" or "Freezer" button to set the desired temperature. Wait 24 hours for the new settings to stabilize.

It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every six months to maintain efficient operation. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust and debris from the coils.
