To change the water filter, locate the filter compartment inside the refrigerator. Turn the old filter counterclockwise to remove it. Insert the new filter and turn it clockwise until it is securely in place. Run water through the dispenser for 2-3 minutes to clear any air or impurities.
Check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the temperature settings are correctly adjusted. Clean the condenser coils and check if the vents inside the fridge are not blocked by food items. If the problem persists, contact customer support for further assistance.
To reset the ice maker, locate the on/off switch on the ice maker unit. Turn it off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Press the test button (if available) to start a cycle. If the ice maker does not reset, consult the user manual or contact support.
Unusual noises can be due to items inside the fridge vibrating against each other or the walls. Ensure the refrigerator is level and not touching the wall. Check for loose parts or debris in the condenser fan or compressor area. If noises persist, seek professional assistance.
Condenser coils should be cleaned at least twice a year to ensure efficient operation. Use a vacuum cleaner or a coil brush to remove dust and debris. Disconnect the refrigerator from power before cleaning.
Check for any obstructions blocking the door from closing. Ensure the door seals are clean and not damaged. Adjust the leveling of the refrigerator if necessary. If the door still does not close properly, the door hinge may need adjustment or replacement.
Ensure the refrigerator is not placed near heat sources, such as ovens or direct sunlight. Keep the door closed as much as possible and avoid overloading the fridge. Regularly check and replace door seals if needed. Set appropriate temperature settings: 37°F (3°C) for the fridge and 0°F (-18°C) for the freezer.
To deactivate the child lock, press and hold the child lock button on the control panel for 3 seconds. The lock indicator light should turn off, indicating that the child lock feature is deactivated.
First, check if the water supply line is connected and the valve is open. Inspect the water filter to see if it needs replacement. Air trapped in the water line may also cause issues; run water for a few minutes to clear it. If the problem continues, contact support for further help.
Ensure that the freezer door is sealing tightly to prevent warm air from entering. Avoid keeping the door open for extended periods and do not overfill the freezer. Regularly check and clear the defrost drain to prevent blockages.
