First, check the power cord and ensure it is properly connected. Try using a different power outlet. If the TV still doesn't turn on, unplug it for a minute, then plug it back in and try again.
To update the firmware, press 'Settings' on your remote, navigate to 'All Settings', select 'About This TV', and choose 'Check for Updates'. Follow the on-screen instructions if an update is available.
Ensure the volume is not muted and is turned up. Check audio settings in 'Settings' > 'All Settings' > 'Sound'. If using external speakers, ensure they are properly connected and powered on.
Press 'Settings' on your remote, navigate to 'All Settings', select 'General', and choose 'Reset to Initial Settings'. Confirm the reset and wait for the TV to restart.
Check the cable connections and ensure they are secure. Adjust picture settings by going to 'Settings' > 'All Settings' > 'Picture'. If the issue persists, try a different input source.
Press 'Settings' on your remote, go to 'All Settings', select 'Accessibility', then 'Closed Captions', and turn them on. Choose your preferred caption settings.
Ensure the 'Auto Power Off' feature is disabled in 'Settings' > 'All Settings' > 'General' > 'Timers'. Check for firmware updates and install if available.
Connect your external device via HDMI, USB, or other appropriate ports. Select the correct input source on your TV using the 'Input' button on the remote.
Replace the batteries in the remote. Ensure there is no obstruction between the remote and the TV. If the issue persists, try using the LG TV Plus app as a remote.
