To connect your LG 65LA9700 TV to Wi-Fi, press the Home button on your remote, navigate to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi Connection, and select your network from the list. Enter the password and confirm to connect.
First, replace the batteries in your remote. If it still doesn't work, try pairing the remote again by pressing and holding the OK button near the TV. Ensure there's no obstruction between the remote and the TV.
Go to Settings > General > About This TV, and select Check for Updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
Ensure the volume is not muted and check the audio output settings in the menu. Verify that external devices are properly connected and that the TV speakers are selected as the audio output source.
To perform a factory reset, press the Home button, go to Settings > General > Reset to Initial Settings, and confirm your selection. This will erase all settings and return the TV to its original state.
Check that the power cable is securely connected to both the TV and the power outlet. Try a different outlet or power strip. If the TV still doesn't turn on, contact LG support for further assistance.
Adjust the picture settings by pressing the Home button, then navigate to Settings > Picture. Experiment with the different modes like Cinema or Game, and adjust brightness, contrast, and sharpness to your preference.
HDR is automatically enabled when you play HDR content. Ensure that your HDMI input is set to HDMI Ultra HD Deep Color in the Settings > General > HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color menu.
Check all cable connections to ensure they are secure. Try using different cables or inputs. If the problem persists, reset the TV to factory settings. If flickering continues, contact LG support.
Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Out > Bluetooth, and then select the device you want to pair from the list. Make sure the Bluetooth device is in pairing mode.
