To adjust the screen resolution, right-click on your desktop, select 'Display settings,' and choose the resolution that matches the 24BK400H's native resolution of 1920x1080.
Ensure that the monitor is properly connected to your computer via the HDMI or VGA cable. Check that the input source on the monitor is set correctly.
Press the joystick button on the bottom of the monitor, navigate to 'Picture Mode,' and select 'Reader' to reduce blue light for more comfortable reading.
Check the cable connections and ensure they are secure. You can also reset the monitor to factory settings through the on-screen menu to resolve color issues.
Turn off and unplug the monitor. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water to gently wipe the screen. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Check the refresh rate in the display settings and ensure it is set to 60Hz. Verify that the cable connections are secure and try using a different cable if necessary.
For gaming, set the monitor to 'Game Mode' via the on-screen display menu to enhance response time and refresh rates. Adjust brightness and contrast as needed for your comfort.
The 24BK400H lacks built-in speakers, so you will need to connect external speakers directly to your computer's audio output.
Check the power settings both in your operating system and the monitor's on-screen menu. Disable any power-saving modes that might be causing this issue.
Ensure the monitor is turned on and properly connected. Try using a different port or cable. Update your graphics drivers and restart your computer to force detection.
