To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. Under 'Reset this PC', click 'Get started' and choose 'Restore factory settings'. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Check the power cable and ensure it is securely connected. Try using a different power outlet. If the issue persists, remove any external devices and try powering on again.
First, power off the computer and unplug it. Remove the back cover. Locate the RAM slots and carefully insert the new RAM module. Replace the cover and power on the PC.
