To reset the temperature settings, press the 'Temp' button on the control panel until the desired temperature is displayed. The refrigerator will automatically adjust to the new setting.
First, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the temperature settings are correct and that the vents inside the refrigerator are not blocked. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every six months to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
While the refrigerator is designed to be frost-free, if you need to defrost it quickly, transfer food to a cooler and unplug the unit. Leave the doors open to allow the ice to melt faster.
The recommended temperature for the refrigerator compartment is 3°C to 4°C (37°F to 39°F), and for the freezer, it is -18°C (0°F).
To change the light bulb, unplug the refrigerator, remove the light cover by unscrewing it, take out the old bulb, and replace it with a new one of the same specification. Reattach the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
Unusual noises could be due to the refrigerator being unlevel or items inside vibrating. Ensure the refrigerator is on a level surface and rearrange contents to avoid contact with the walls.
To activate holiday mode, press the 'Holiday' button on the control panel. This mode reduces energy usage while keeping the freezer operating at normal levels.
Water pooling could be due to a blocked defrost drain. Clear any clogs with a solution of warm water and baking soda. If the issue persists, consult a technician.
To improve energy efficiency, ensure the refrigerator is positioned away from heat sources, keep the doors closed as much as possible, and regularly check the door seals for any signs of wear.
