Ensure that large items such as pots and pans do not block the spray arms. Place plates and larger dishes on the bottom rack and cups and glasses on the top rack.
Check the filter and remove any debris. Ensure the drain hose is not kinked and is installed at the correct height.
Check that the door is properly closed and latched. Verify that the dishwasher is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped.
Regularly clean the filters, check and clean the spray arms, and wipe down the door seal to prevent mold and mildew.
Unusual noises might be caused by items in the dishwasher rattling against each other. Ensure that the dishwasher is level and the spray arms are not obstructed.
To reset the dishwasher, turn off the appliance using the power button, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on.
Use a high-quality, dishwasher-safe detergent. Avoid using regular dish soap as it can create excess suds and lead to leaks.
Remove the bottom rack and unscrew the filter cover. Rinse the filter under running water to remove debris and replace it securely.
Ensure that the spray arms are not blocked and clean the filters. Double-check that the dishes are loaded correctly and not obstructing the detergent dispenser.
Run a cleaning cycle with a dishwasher cleaner monthly. Ensure that food particles are rinsed off dishes before loading them.
