To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry and add detergent. Select the desired wash program using the program selector dial, then press the 'Start' button.
Check that the power cord is properly plugged in and that the power outlet is working. Ensure that the door is fully closed and locked. Verify that the water supply is turned on.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out until it stops, then press down on the release lever. Rinse the drawer under warm water to remove any detergent residue.
Run an empty hot water cycle with a cup of white vinegar once a month to clean the drum and prevent mold buildup.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting the feet. Also, check that the laundry load is balanced and not too heavy on one side.
Inspect the door seal for damage, check hoses for leaks, and ensure the detergent drawer is not clogged or overfilled.
Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Clean the pump filter and verify that the drain pump is working correctly.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the door seal and run a maintenance wash with vinegar.
Error E1 indicates a water supply issue; ensure the tap is open. Error E2 suggests drainage problems; check the drain hose and filter. Refer to the user manual for other codes.
Disconnect the power and water supply. Secure the drum with transportation bolts and ensure all hoses are drained and secured. Use appropriate lifting techniques or equipment.
