To calibrate the speed, enter the engineering mode by holding down the 'Stop' and 'Speed +' buttons simultaneously for a few seconds until the display changes. Use the speed adjustment keys to set the correct calibration. Refer to your user manual for detailed instructions.
Ensure the treadmill is unplugged. Use an Allen wrench to tighten the rear roller bolts, turning each bolt a quarter turn at a time and testing the belt tension until slipping stops. Do not over-tighten.
It is recommended to lubricate the treadmill belt every three months or every 150 miles, whichever comes first, to ensure smooth operation and prolong the treadmill's lifespan.
Use a silicone-based treadmill lubricant specifically designed for treadmill belts. Avoid using oil-based lubricants as they can damage the belt.
To reset the treadmill, press and hold the 'Stop' button for a few seconds until the display resets. This will clear any error codes and reset the treadmill to its default settings.
This may be due to a loose power connection, an overheated motor, or a safety key issue. Ensure the power cord is securely connected, the motor is not overheating, and the safety key is properly inserted.
Use the incline buttons on the console to adjust the incline level. The treadmill will automatically adjust to the selected incline. Ensure the treadmill is on a stable surface to prevent errors in incline adjustments.
Check the power source and ensure the treadmill is plugged in. Inspect the power switch and circuit breaker. If the display is still not working, consult the user manual for further troubleshooting steps or contact customer support.
Turn off and unplug the treadmill. Use a damp cloth with mild soap to gently wipe down the belt and deck. Avoid using excessive water or harsh chemicals. Dry thoroughly before use.
Fold the treadmill into its upright position and secure it with the lock. Store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture to prevent damage.
