To perform a factory reset, press and hold the Stop and Speed + buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Release the buttons when you see 'RESET' on the display.
Check the tension of the belt by lifting it in the center. If it lifts more than 3 inches, tighten it using the adjustment bolts located at the rear of the treadmill. Turn the bolts clockwise to tighten.
The treadmill belt should be lubricated every 150 miles or every 3 months, whichever comes first. Use a silicone-based lubricant for best results.
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the console and treadmill frame. Avoid using harsh chemicals. For the belt, ensure it is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
To calibrate the speed, enter the engineering mode by pressing and holding the Speed + and Stop buttons for 5 seconds. Use the Speed + and - buttons to adjust the calibration settings.
Unexpected stops can be caused by a loose power connection, a tripped circuit breaker, or an error code. Check all connections and reset the circuit breaker if needed.
Use the incline buttons on the console to adjust the incline level. You can also set a specific incline percentage by entering the desired value on the console keypad.
The noise may be due to loose bolts, a misaligned belt, or a lack of lubrication. Check for loose components and ensure the belt is properly aligned and lubricated.
Error codes can be viewed on the console display. Refer to the user manual for a list of error codes and their meanings to troubleshoot accordingly.
Regularly clean the treadmill, lubricate the belt every 150 miles, check and tighten any loose bolts, and inspect the power cord and connections for wear or damage.
