To lubricate the belt, first ensure the treadmill is unplugged. Lift the belt slightly and apply a silicone-based lubricant along the length of the deck. Spread it evenly by walking on the treadmill at a slow speed for a few minutes.
Check the tension of the belt. If it's loose, use the adjustment bolts at the end of the treadmill to tighten it. Turn the bolts clockwise to tighten, ensuring both sides are adjusted equally.
To calibrate the speed, enter engineering mode by holding the speed up and stop buttons simultaneously. Follow the prompts on the display to adjust the speed settings as needed.
Loud noises may be due to a misaligned belt or lack of lubrication. Inspect the belt alignment and adjust if necessary. Ensure the treadmill is properly lubricated.
Basic maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating the belt, should be performed every 3 months, or more frequently if the treadmill is used heavily.
Use a damp cloth with mild soap to clean the belt and deck. Avoid using harsh chemicals. Ensure the treadmill is unplugged during cleaning and allow it to dry completely before use.
To reset the console, unplug the treadmill for at least 30 seconds. Plug it back in and hold the stop button until the display clears. This resets the console.
Check for any tripped circuit breakers or power surges. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Wear clothing made of natural fibers and avoid using the treadmill in an area with low humidity. A humidifier can help reduce static build-up.
Ensure the treadmill is on a level surface. Use the safety key clip. Start at a slow speed and gradually increase. Keep children and pets away from the treadmill during use.
