Scan the QR code on the camera or manually enter the serial number. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network.
If your camera is not connecting, ensure your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want the camera to use. Restart both your router and camera. Check that the app and camera firmware are updated. Re-attempt the connection process and ensure you enter the correct Wi-Fi credentials.
To reset the Ezviz Mini Plus camera, locate the reset button on the camera. Use a paperclip or similar tool to press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes, indicating the camera has reset.
To access live footage remotely, open the Ezviz app on your smartphone and log into your account. Select the camera you wish to view from the device list. Ensure your smartphone has an internet connection to stream the live footage.
If the video quality is poor, check your internet connection speed to ensure it supports high-quality streaming. Adjust the resolution settings in the Ezviz app under the camera’s settings. Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions.
To enable motion detection alerts, open the Ezviz app and go to your camera's settings. Navigate to the "Alarm Notification" section and toggle the motion detection alert to "On". Customize the sensitivity and schedule as needed.

To update the firmware, open the Ezviz app and go to the camera's settings. Look for the firmware update option and follow the prompts to download and install the latest version. Ensure the camera remains powered during the update process.
The Ezviz Mini Plus camera is designed for indoor use. If you need to use it outdoors, ensure it is placed in a weatherproof enclosure and protected from direct exposure to weather elements.
