To load paper, open the paper guide and adjust the paper width guides to fit the paper size. Insert the paper into the feeder and ensure it's aligned properly before closing the paper guide.
Check if the printer is properly connected to your computer and powered on. Ensure there are no paper jams and that the ink ribbon is installed correctly. Also, verify that the correct printer driver is installed on your computer.
Turn off the printer. While holding down the 'LF/FF' button, turn the printer back on. Release the button after the printer starts printing the self-test.
