To set the temperature, press the up or down arrow buttons on the thermostat until the desired temperature is displayed. The thermostat will automatically set this as the target temperature.
Ensure that the thermostat is set to a temperature higher than the current room temperature. Check the batteries and replace them if necessary. Verify the thermostat is correctly wired and the heating system is functional.
To reset the thermostat, remove the batteries and wait for about 30 seconds. Reinsert the batteries and reprogram the settings as needed.
Check if the batteries are properly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace the batteries if necessary. If the problem persists, inspect the battery contacts for corrosion and clean them.
It is recommended to change the batteries once a year, or when the low battery indicator appears on the display.
The Drayton Digistat+1 22192 is designed primarily for heating control. It does not have the capability to control cooling systems.
Set the thermostat to a temperature above the current room temperature and check if the heating system activates. If the system responds, the thermostat is likely functioning properly.
Ensure the thermostat is not in a locked mode and check for any obstructions that might block the sensor. Replace the batteries and inspect the wiring connections.
The Digistat+1 22192 does not have a locking feature. However, you can discourage adjustments by placing it in a less accessible location.
Regularly check the battery status, ensure the display is clear and functioning, and verify that the thermostat settings are accurate. Inspect the wiring connections annually for any signs of wear or damage.
