To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm the reset to restore your device to its original settings.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary background apps, and enable battery saver mode under Settings > Battery.
Check the charging cable and adapter for damage, try a different power outlet, and clean the charging port. If the problem persists, consider replacing the charger or contacting support.
Go to Settings > About phone > Software update. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
Delete unused apps, clear app cache, move files to a cloud service, and use the storage management feature under Settings > Storage.
Overheating can occur due to prolonged use or heavy apps. Reduce usage, close background apps, and ensure your phone is in a cool environment.
Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously until the screen flashes to capture a screenshot.
Ensure the phone is charged, try a different charging cable, perform a soft reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds, or contact support if the issue persists.
Regularly clear cache, uninstall unused apps, update to the latest software, and restart the device periodically.
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, toggle Wi-Fi on, select the network you want to connect to, and enter the password if prompted.
