To start a wash cycle, load your laundry, add detergent, close the door, select the desired program using the control knob, and press the Start/Reload button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure the pump filter is clean and not obstructed. If the issue persists, refer to the manual or contact Bosch support.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Clean it under running water and use a soft brush to remove residues. Dry it thoroughly before reinserting.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, drum, and door seal. Check and clean the pump filter monthly. Inspect hoses for any signs of wear or damage.
Ensure the appliance is plugged in and the door is closed properly. Check that the water supply is on and buttons are not locked. Reset the machine if necessary.
Refer to the user manual for the specific error code meaning. Common solutions include resetting the appliance or checking connections and filters.
Run an empty cycle using the Drum Clean program with a small amount of detergent or a specialized drum cleaner. This helps remove residues and odors.
The washer dryer can wash a full load, but the drying capacity is smaller. For optimal drying, reduce the load size after washing.
Select a lower spin speed and use the Easy Iron option. Remove clothes promptly at the end of the cycle to prevent creases from setting in.
It's normal for some noise during operation. However, if you hear unusual sounds, check if the machine is level and ensure there are no loose items in the drum.
