To perform a factory reset on your Alcatel IDOL5S, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm your choice and the device will reset to its original settings.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try using a different charging cable or adapter. If the issue persists, clean the charging port and ensure it's free from debris.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, limit background app activity, and disable features like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use. Consider enabling battery saver mode in Settings.
Clear cache from apps, uninstall unused applications, and perform a system update if available. Restart the device regularly to free up memory and improve performance.
To take a screenshot on your Alcatel IDOL5S, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you hear a capture sound or see a visual confirmation.
