To insert the SIM card, first remove the back cover and battery. Insert the SIM card into the SIM slot with the gold contacts facing down. Reinsert the battery and replace the back cover.
Ensure the charger is properly connected to the phone and the power outlet. Check the charging port for debris. Try using a different charger or cable. If the problem persists, consult a technician.
To perform a factory reset, go to Menu > Settings > Restore Factory Settings. Enter the security code (default is 1234) and confirm the reset.
To set up speed dial, go to Menu > Settings > Phone Settings > Speed Dial. Assign a contact to a number key for quick access.
Check if call barring is enabled. Ensure the SIM card is active and properly inserted. Verify network signal strength and try restarting the phone.
Reduce screen brightness, disable Bluetooth and data when not in use, and close unused applications. Charge the battery fully and avoid frequent partial charges.
To change the language, go to Menu > Settings > Phone Settings > Language. Select the preferred language from the list.
Go to Menu > Settings > Security > PIN lock. Activate PIN lock and set a security code to prevent unauthorized access.
Remove the battery, wait a few seconds, and then reinsert it to restart the phone. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset or consult a repair technician.
Go to Menu > Settings > Storage. Here, you can view the available space and manage files to free up storage.
