To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm by selecting 'Reset phone' and 'Erase everything'. Make sure to back up your data before proceeding.
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you see an animation or hear a shutter sound. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery.
Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone. Restart your router and device. Forget the network and reconnect by entering the correct password. If the issue persists, reset network settings in Settings > Backup & reset.
