To connect the Yealink MSpeaker, use the provided audio cable to connect the speaker to your device's audio output. Ensure the speaker is powered on and the volume is adjusted appropriately.
Check if the MSpeaker is powered on and the volume is not muted. Verify the audio cable is securely connected and test the speaker with another device to rule out device-specific issues.
To clean the MSpeaker, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using any liquid cleaners or sprays directly on the speaker. Regularly check cables for wear and ensure vents are free from dust.
Distorted sound may be due to a loose connection or high volume levels. Ensure all cables are secure and try lowering the volume. Test with a different audio source to isolate the issue.
The Yealink MSpeaker does not have a factory reset function as it is an audio device without user configurations. If issues persist, contact Yealink support.
Place the MSpeaker on a stable, flat surface away from obstructions. Ensure it is centrally located relative to the listening area and adjust the volume to a comfortable level.
The Yealink MSpeaker does not support Bluetooth connectivity. It requires a wired connection via an audio cable to function with other devices.
Ensure the power adapter is properly connected to both the speaker and a working power outlet. Check for any visible damage to the power cable.
The Yealink MSpeaker does not have built-in controls for adjusting bass and treble. Adjustments must be made through the audio source or external equalizer.
The Yealink MSpeaker is designed to be compatible with most Yealink conferencing solutions. Check the specific product compatibility list provided by Yealink for more details.
