To reset the boiler, locate the reset button on the control panel, press and hold it for about 3 seconds until the reset light stops flashing.
The recommended pressure for the boiler is between 1 and 1.5 bar when the system is cold.
It is recommended to service your boiler annually to ensure it operates efficiently and safely.
If the boiler is leaking, you should immediately turn off the water supply and contact a qualified heating engineer to inspect and repair it.
To increase the water pressure, locate the filling loop, open the valves to allow water into the system until the pressure reaches the recommended level, then close the valves.
A banging noise may indicate kettling, which is caused by limescale buildup. It's advisable to contact a heating engineer to clean the system.
Check if the thermostat is set correctly and that there is power to the boiler. If the issue persists, contact a qualified technician for further diagnosis.
To bleed the radiators, turn off the heating, use a radiator key to open the bleed valve, and close it once water starts to leak out consistently without air.
Ensure the power supply is on, the thermostat is set to the desired temperature, and there is sufficient pressure in the system. If the boiler still does not turn on, consult a professional.
Error codes are displayed on the boiler's control panel screen. Refer to the user manual for the corresponding troubleshooting steps for each error code.
