To reset the boiler, press and hold the reset button located on the control panel for a few seconds until the reset light stops flashing. This will restart the boiler.
Check if the thermostat is set to the correct temperature and ensure that the boiler is receiving power. If these are fine, inspect the pressure gauge to ensure proper pressure levels. If the issue persists, contact a professional technician.
It is recommended to service the boiler annually to ensure optimal performance and to prevent any potential issues.
Unusual noises could be due to trapped air in the system, low water pressure, or a faulty component. Bleed the radiators to release trapped air, check and adjust the pressure if necessary, and consult a technician for further inspection.
The ideal pressure range for the boiler is between 1 and 1.5 bar. Regularly check the pressure gauge and adjust if necessary to maintain efficient operation.
Turn off the heating system and use a radiator key to open the bleed valve at the top of the radiator. Allow the air to escape until water begins to flow, then close the valve. Repeat this process for each radiator in the system.
If the pilot light repeatedly goes out, it could be due to a faulty thermocouple or gas supply issue. Check the gas supply and relight the pilot light according to the manual. If the problem continues, seek professional help.
Installation should be carried out by a qualified and certified professional to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.
Regular maintenance, bleeding radiators, insulating pipes, and ensuring proper thermostat settings can help improve the boiler's efficiency. Consider upgrading to a smart thermostat for better control.
Common error codes include EA (flame not detected), A1 (low water pressure), and D1 (overheating). Refer to the user manual for troubleshooting steps or consult a professional technician if necessary.
