To bind the SPMMR200 receiver to your transmitter, insert the bind plug into the BIND/PROG port on the receiver. Power on the receiver, then set your transmitter to bind mode. When the receiver's LED changes to solid, binding is complete. Remove the bind plug.
Ensure that the receiver is properly bound to the transmitter. Check for proper power supply and connections. If the issue persists, rebind the receiver following the binding procedure.
Currently, the SPMMR200 receiver does not support firmware updates directly. Please consult Spektrum's website or contact support for further information on available updates.
The SPMMR200 receiver typically has a range of approximately 200-300 meters in optimal conditions. Environmental factors and interference can affect this distance.
A blinking LED on the SPMMR200 indicates that the receiver is not bound to any transmitter, or the signal is lost. Ensure the receiver is properly bound and the transmitter is within range.
The SPMMR200 is compatible with DSMX and DSM2 Spektrum transmitters. Ensure your transmitter supports these protocols before attempting to bind.
To perform a range check, follow your transmitter's specific instructions for range testing, typically involving reducing power output and confirming control at a reduced distance (approximately 30 meters).
Ensure that the antennas are positioned at a 90-degree angle to each other and are not touching metal parts or carbon fiber, as this can interfere with signal reception.
Check for loose connections and ensure that the antennas are correctly positioned. Also, verify that the receiver and transmitter are bound correctly and that the batteries are fully charged.
Regularly inspect the receiver for physical damage, ensure connections are secure, and keep the unit free from moisture and dust. Periodically check for firmware updates and follow the manufacturer's guidelines.
