To perform a factory reset, press the 'Home' button on the remote, navigate to 'Settings', select 'System Settings', then 'Customer Support', and choose 'Factory Settings'. Confirm the reset when prompted.
First, ensure all cables are securely connected. Try power cycling the TV by unplugging it for a minute and then plugging it back in. If the issue persists, check for backlight issues or contact Sony support.
Connect the TV to the internet, press the 'Home' button, go to 'Settings', select 'Product Support', and choose 'Software Update'. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Check the input source quality and ensure that cables are properly connected. Adjust the picture settings by pressing 'Home', selecting 'Settings', and navigating to 'Picture & Display'.
