To perform a factory reset on your Sony KDL-23S200A, press the 'Home' button on the remote control. Navigate to 'Settings' > 'System Settings' > 'Customer Support'. Select 'Factory Settings' and confirm the reset.
Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the TV and the wall outlet. Check if the power outlet is functioning by connecting another device. If the problem persists, try a different outlet or contact Sony support.
The Sony KDL-23S200A does not support Wi-Fi connectivity. You can connect external devices like streaming boxes via HDMI for internet access.
For optimal picture quality, go to 'Settings' > 'Picture' and select 'Picture Mode'. Choose 'Standard' for general viewing or 'Cinema' for movies. Adjust brightness, contrast, and color to your preference.
