To reset your Sauter SVH900XE1 dishwasher, press and hold the Start/Reset button for about 3 seconds until the indicator lights turn off. This will reboot the system.
Check the drain hose for any kinks or blockages. Also, ensure that the filter is clean and the drain pump is functioning correctly.
Remove the lower rack to access the filter. Twist the filter counterclockwise and lift it out. Rinse it under running water to remove debris, then reinstall it by twisting it clockwise.
Unusual noises can be caused by items inside the dishwasher that are not properly secured. Ensure that dishes and utensils are correctly placed and that the spray arms are not obstructed.
It is recommended to clean the spray arms every 3 to 6 months. Remove them and rinse under running water to clear any blockages.
A white film can result from hard water minerals. Use a dishwasher cleaner or add a rinse aid to help prevent mineral buildup.
If you notice water leaking around the door or the seal appears cracked or worn, it may need replacing. Inspect the seal regularly for signs of wear.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the filter, checking the spray arms for clogs, wiping down the door gasket, and using a dishwasher cleaner monthly.
Ensure that the rinse aid dispenser is full, and use the heated drying option if available. Properly loading dishes can also improve drying performance.
Bad odors can result from food debris buildup. Clean the filter, spray arms, and door seals. Run an empty cycle with a dishwasher cleaner or a cup of white vinegar to eliminate odors.
