To pair the Salus ERT20RF with the receiver, ensure both devices are powered on. Press the pairing button on the receiver, then press the pairing button on the thermostat. Wait for the devices to indicate a successful connection, often shown by a stable LED light.
If the display is blank, check the thermostat's batteries and replace them if necessary. Ensure they are inserted correctly. If the issue persists, reset the device by removing the batteries for a few minutes and then reinserting them.
To reset the Salus ERT20RF to factory settings, locate the reset button, usually found inside the battery compartment. Press and hold the button for about 5 seconds until the display resets.
To change the temperature setting, use the up and down buttons on the thermostat to adjust to the desired temperature. Confirm the setting if necessary by pressing the OK button.
A flashing LED usually indicates that the receiver is not paired with the thermostat or there is a lost connection. Try re-pairing the devices and check for any obstructions or interference that may affect the signal.
To replace the batteries, open the battery compartment located at the back of the thermostat. Remove the old batteries and insert new ones, ensuring the correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
